Overview

The digital vision is a key factor for each country to establish and implement smart cities.

The needs of individual cities and the citizens within them vary enormously. Every city’s smart roadmap is a journey where the need for knowledge and full collaboration is key for success - highlighting stakeholders needs, use cases priorities and IOT applications that will benefit the citizens and governments

To help establish the city roadmap for its digital and smart transformation, practical methods, approaches and solutions are mandatory to provide the detailed know how and processes for every smart city to avoid the related complexity.
As one size does not fit all, a Reference Model is established for selecting and prioritising approaches that work from the most advanced new cities to those struggling with basic issues in order to reach their target by transforming their cities into successful smart cities
